Manage VCUDine's three social media platforms (Instagram, Facebook and X), including content strategy, content creation, copywriting, metrics and monitoring. I ensure we comply with VCU brand standards and maintain a consistent voice across all communication platforms. In one year, our Instagram followers increased by over 300%.
Collaborated with VCU's social media team on multiple occasions to promote dining services and events, including one featuring a beloved staff member, Miss Jackie, receiving over 80k views.
Served on the VCU Trademarks and Licensing team as the liaison between Collegiate Licensing Company (CLC) and Barnes & Noble @ VCU to order gear for product photoshoots (6 per year). I then scheduled the posts on VCU Gear's social media.
I helped coordinate the photographer, stylist and products and assisted on-site with the photoshoot for VCU’s Ultimate Ram House campaign. I also strategized the launch and tracked KPIs on social platforms.
Produced the creative, wrote and tracked ads on Instagram and Facebook to promote VCU’s Countdown to Graduation event.
Ran ads on Facebook and Instagram for VCU’s Business Services scholarships, resulting in 3x the number of applicants.
